Spice Blend – Persian Blend was inspired by Persian flavours and cuisine, this delicately aromatic blend of spices incorporates the nurturing tones of rose petal powder with cumin and fennel top notes and base notes of cloves and cardamom.
Simply sprinkle on or rub into food adding garlic to taste before cooking to impart a unique flavour base to any meat, chicken, soup, fish or seafood, eggs, tofu or other vegetable dishes. Also amazing as a grilling marinade using olive oil as a base.
